General terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all deliveries made by BricoQ;whose registration number in the Belgian Trade Register  of goods purchased by customers in the wiki king price online store.

1. Conclusion of contract

A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and wiki king price when your order has been confirmed by wiki king price. wiki king price will send you an order confirmation by e-mail when the order is confirmed and dispatched. The order receipt you receive immediately after placing the order is not an order confirmation.

You may only purchase products from the wiki king price online store if you are a private customer, i.e. if you are not a commercial customer.

Fair use

wiki king price reserves the right to prevent people from shopping in the wiki king price online store in the event of too many returns.

In addition, the deactivation of customer accounts may also be triggered by suspicions of fraud.

2. Prices, taxes and delivery

All prices include VAT and other taxes. The price indicated is that which appears in the wiki king price online store on the corresponding product on the date the order is placed.

wiki king price reserves the right to modify any erroneous price indicated in the wiki king price online store. Furthermore, wiki king price reserves the right to modify any price, tax and/or other charges indicated in the wiki king price online store at any time, e.g. due to changes in the VAT rate or other fees and charges imposed by the authorities, due to an increase in costs or due to changes in retail prices.

Please note that some banks charge transaction fees for international transactions carried out via our online store. This depends on your bank's agreements, and wiki king price neither incurs nor receives any additional charges. For further information, please contact your bank.

When you order from the wiki king price online store, the following amounts will be added as delivery charges:

- Home delivery (Bpost): €4.95

- Relay point delivery (Bpost): €4.95 (free for orders over €60)

- Express delivery (DHL): €14.95

NOATHERM SRL. does not provide a VAT refund service for the purchase on its website of products exported outside the European Union by private customers or companies. This also applies to items ordered with Click & Collect. Local stores offering the Click & Collect service are therefore not obliged to refund VAT on items purchased via wiki king price.

3. Payment

When ordering goods from the wiki king price online store, you can use the following payment options:

- Credit and debit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro) This payment method requires a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to check card validity. The amount will be reserved on your card and debited once the goods have been dispatched.

- PayPal This payment method requires a PayPal account, which you will need to log in to during the checkout process. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one free of charge on the PayPal website.

All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer/payment provider and by us, in order to maintain security and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods and/or to direct you to a different payment method depending on the circumstances.

4. Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, the usual delivery times from the moment you place your order are as follows:

- Home delivery: 2-4 working days

- Relay point delivery: 2-4 working days

- Express delivery: 1-2 working days

Wiki king  price is not obliged to deliver products that are out of stock.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract you have entered into without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

- The withdrawal period is 14 days. However, we will only refund delivery costs if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. For more information on reimbursement of delivery costs, please see the section below on reimbursement.

- This period is calculated from the date of receipt of the products.

- If the last day for returning goods is a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, December 24 or December 31, the period will expire on the next working day.

- The deadline is respected if, before it expires, you send a message indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

How to withdraw from the contract

- If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please send an explicit declaration to e-commerce Customer Service, email: king.price.deal@gmail.com to the effect that you wish to withdraw from this contract. In your declaration, please state your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, order number and the products you wish to return.

- This declaration can easily be sent to Customer Service using our Contact Form.

- Please note that the address to which the explicit declaration of withdrawal from the contract must be sent differs from the address for the return of goods. The address for the return of goods is given in the paragraph "Return of goods".

- If the goods are returned to us without being accompanied by a declaration to the effect that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, we will consider that the return of the goods constitutes withdrawal from the contract.

Refunds

- If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, we will refund all payments received from you.

- If you exercise your right of withdrawal between 1 and 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods, we will not refund any delivery charges.

- We will refund your payments without unnecessary delay.
